Is it really free to have a machine installed?

Yes β€” there is no cost to you for the machine, installation, or ongoing maintenance. We cover all of that. The only thing we ask is a small electricity contribution (typically around $1–2/day), which can be factored into your revenue share arrangement.
How much space does the machine need?

A standard combo machine (snacks + drinks) is roughly 60cm wide Γ— 80cm deep Γ— 180cm tall. Most offices, gyms, and break rooms can accommodate one easily. We'll assess your space during the initial site visit.
How many people does our site need?

As a general guide, we look for sites with at least 20–30 people on-site throughout the day. Industrial and trade environments can work well with fewer people due to higher purchase frequency. We'll let you know honestly if a site isn't a good fit.
How often is the machine restocked?

We restock approximately every 7 days in warmer months and every 9 days in cooler months. High-traffic sites get more frequent visits. Remote monitoring means we always know stock levels before we arrive, so restocking takes around 25 minutes.
What payment methods do the machines accept?

All our machines are cashless and accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This makes transactions faster, easier, and more hygienic β€” and means no coin handling for anyone.
Can we choose what products are stocked?

Absolutely. We'll work with you to customise the product mix for your team or clientele β€” whether that's healthy snacks, energy drinks, classic treats, or a combination. We adjust the range over time based on what sells and your feedback.
How long is the agreement, and can we exit?

We typically propose a 12-month site placement agreement with clear terms around access, revenue share, and exit. We want the arrangement to work for both parties, so we keep the terms fair and straightforward.
